QuickGs Logistics LLC (“QuickGs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its principal place of business at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #32546, Casper, Wyoming 82609.

We provide professional freight dispatching, logistics coordination, and back-office support services to owner-operators and fleet managers operating within the United States. Our services include, but are not limited to, load finding and booking, rate negotiation, broker/carrier setup, invoicing, factoring submission, IFTA tracking, and 24/7 driver support.

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, clients, carriers, owner-operators, fleet managers, drivers, and users of our website and services. By using our services or signing a Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement with us, you acknowledge this policy.


 Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information as required to provide our dispatching and logistics services:

 

A. Business & Regulatory Information

  • Legal business name and DBA (if applicable)
  • MC Number and DOT Number
  • EIN / SSN (as required for W-9 and tax purposes)
  • Completed and signed W-9 Form
  • Carrier authority status and FMCSA registration
  • Insurance Certificates (COI) cargo, general liability, auto, and bobtail
  • Lease agreements (if operating under another carrier’s authority)
  • Compliance and safety documentation

B. Driver Information

  • Full driver name and contact details
  • CDL copy (appropriate class)
  • Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate
  • Driver Qualification (DQ) File
  • PSP Release Authorization Form
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), updated annually
  • Pre-employment drug test results
  • Background check results
  • TWIC Card copy (if applicable)
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium enrollment records

C. Equipment & Telematics Data

  • Vehicle and trailer registration
  • Current DOT inspection reports
  • ELD (Electronic Logging Device) provider name, platform login credentials, and unit ID, we require read-only access to monitor Hours of Service (HOS), real-time location, and driving logs for the duration of the Agreement
  • Dash cam access credentials (if applicable)
  • PrePass and EZPass account information (if applicable)
  • Equipment type, specifications, and number of units

D. Financial & Billing Information

  • Factoring company details and Notices of Assignment (NOA)
  • Invoicing and payment records
  • Void check or Direct Deposit Authorization Form (ACH)
  • Fuel advance and accessorial charge records
  • Credit card authorization (if executed separately)

We do not store full banking credentials or payment card numbers unless processed through compliant third-party payment platforms.

E. Operational Data

  • Dispatch availability and lane preferences
  • Load history, rate confirmations, and broker agreements
  • BOLs (Bills of Lading) and PODs (Proof of Delivery)
  • Detention, layover, TONU, and accessorial records
  • IFTA mileage-by-state and fuel receipts (for applicable plans)
  • Broker portal and TMS profile data

F. Website & Communication Data

  • Email addresses and phone numbers
  • IP addresses, browser type, and user agent
  • SMS communication preferences
  • Website comments, including IP address and browser agent for spam detection

An anonymized hash of your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service (https://automattic.com/privacy/) to determine if you use it. Once approved, your profile picture may appear publicly alongside comments.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal or business data.

Information may be shared only with the following parties and only to the extent necessary to perform our services:

  • Freight brokers and shippers (load booking and setup)
  • Factoring companies (invoice submission and payment coordination)
  • Insurance and compliance entities
  • Load board platforms (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
  • TMS and broker database systems
  • FMCSA or DOT on administrative matters directly related to active loads
  • Government or regulatory authorities when legally required

Only the minimum necessary information is disclosed in each case.


ELD Access & Telematics Monitoring

As part of our Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement, carriers are required to grant QuickGs Logistics LLC read-only access to their ELD platform for the duration of the agreement. This access is used exclusively to monitor:

  • Real-time vehicle location for load coordination and check-calls
  • Hours of Service (HOS) compliance per FMCSA regulations
  • Driving logs to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance

ELD credentials and telematics data are stored securely, accessed only by authorized dispatch personnel, and are never shared with third parties for any purpose other than those described above. Access is revoked upon termination of the Agreement.


Limited Power of Attorney & Data Use

Under the Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement, the CARRIER grants QuickGs Logistics LLC a Limited Power of Attorney authorizing us to act as their administrative agent. In this capacity, we may process and use carrier data to:

  • Sign Rate Confirmations and Broker/Carrier Agreements on behalf of the CARRIER
  • Submit and manage BOLs, PODs, and invoices with brokers and shippers
  • Communicate with factoring companies regarding load funding and NOAs
  • Manage carrier profiles on load boards and broker portals
  • Request and receive COIs from brokers on behalf of the CARRIER
  • Coordinate truck repairs and roadside assistance in emergency situations

All actions taken under the Power of Attorney are performed solely in the interest of the CARRIER and within the scope defined in the signed agreement.


SMS & Electronic Communications (10DLC)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages, including:

  • Load confirmations and updates
  • Pickup and delivery notifications
  • Urgent dispatch alerts and check-calls

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of service. We comply with A2P 10DLC, TCPA, and carrier messaging regulations.


Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

QuickGs Logistics LLC treats all carrier and driver information as strictly confidential. Broker contacts, rate structures, load board credentials, and operational data shared between parties are proprietary and shall not be disclosed to third parties.

Carriers acknowledge that any confidential information received from QuickGs Logistics LLC including broker relationships and rate strategies must be held in strict confidence during the Agreement and for 24 months following termination. Any unauthorized disclosure may result in legal remedies including liquidated damages.


Data Retention

  • Website comments and metadata are retained indefinitely
  • Client and carrier operational data is retained as required for legal, regulatory, and tax purposes
  • Driver qualification documents (CDL, MVR, drug tests) are retained per FMCSA requirements
  • IFTA mileage and fuel records are retained per applicable state and federal tax regulations
  • User account data (if applicable) can be edited or deleted upon request, except usernames

Your Rights Over Your Data

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request corrections or updates to inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of non-required data
  • Request an exported copy of your data

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be processed through automated spam detection services. Operational data (load documents, COIs, invoices) is transmitted to brokers, shippers, factoring companies, and load board platforms as required to provide dispatching services. All data transfers are conducted through secure channels.


Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including restricted access controls, internal authorization procedures, and secure digital storage. Access to sensitive carrier, driver, and financial data is limited to authorized QuickGs Logistics LLC personnel only.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is fully secure. QuickGs Logistics LLC is not liable for breaches caused by third-party services, external platforms, or events beyond our control.
